Is the merchandise available through the wholesalers authentic, or will I be buying cheap fakes from China?

This is by far our most frequently asked question. The answer is that all of the merchandise you buy from any one of our wholesalers will be 100% Authentic. Let me repeat, all of the merchandise listed on our website, and available through our wholesalers is guaranteed to be 100% Authentic.

What’s more, we not only guarantee the authenticity of all merchandise from our wholesalers... But if you should come across a piece you believe to be fake (ain’t gonna happen) but let’s just say you believe it’s a fake. We will provide a money back guarantee of 200% of the purchase price of this book. Just send the receipt from the wholesaler as well as pictures of your items, and we will refund your purchase, times 2.

This has never happened before, so please be honest if you really believe you have encountered a problem.

Q:	Do your wholesalers offer a money back guarantee if I am unhappy with my purchase?
A:	Yes, some of them will actually provide a refund if you are not happy with the merchandise. All of our wholesalers have different policies on that matter. You are encouraged to read the refund policy on their website, or ask what the policy is before placing your first order.

If I own a boutique or store, or I am interested in opening a store, what will your book do for me?

Our book will not only provide you with the most important industry contacts to the very best wholesalers, but it will also provide you with the information you need to get started. This is what makes our book the only one of its kind on the market. All other designer wholesale websites just give you names and numbers. Will the wholesalers be able to ship the merchandise to me if I live outside of the United States?

Yes, of course they can. My general rule of thumb is… if you have access to receiving packages in your area from the main United States delivery companies such as FedEx, or UPS or even the United States Postal Service. Then you should be able to receive a discount designer purchase as well. As far as cost goes, you will need to ask the wholesalers to provide you a quote for the shipping. Most of them have software available to them to figure out shipping rates.

A:	Make sure that you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer since the Designer Wholesale Sources book is delivered in .pdf format. If you are still having trouble downloading, send us an email with your order ID number and we will send it to you electronically.

Q:	Can I use your guide to buy just a few items for my personal wardrobe?
A:	YES. We have discussed this previously but can not stress it enough. This guide is for EVERYONE. You do not have to use it to make tons of cash. You can also buy yourself an outfit for your next night on the town.
